Having gotten tired of Pirelli run-flats only lasting 12,000 miles on my BMW X2, I went for the cheap fix for the final year, these Atlas tires that were well reviewed. I just did a trip to Yosemite with lots of mountain and desert driving, and some rain, and they served me well. My expectations were not real high in that I always think you get what you pay for, but I believe I'm gonna like these in the long run. They are a bit noisy for my comfort, but that can be the vehicle as well, as I thought the same with the Pirellis. Grip was excellent. I did love the customer service, shipped to an installer literally around the corner from me, and the timing was perfect--one of the Pirelli's exploded the day the arrived, and I was able to drive at 30 mph (something I seldom have done in my life) on the totally flat run flats to get the Atlas installed. I'll give you another report at the end of the year. Thanks Simpletire, you're great.
2018 Bmw X2 Tires
Introduced in 2017, the X2 is a performance-oriented subcompact SUV from BMW; it’s as sporty and nicely appointed as you’d expect from a BMW, with niceties like a heads-up display, full driver assistance package, premium sound and premium infotainment. For ‘18, the X2 was available with a selection of 3-cyl and 4-cyl engines (with a hybrid option) and BMW’s proprietary 4Matic AWD system. The X2 is available with base, M Sport and M Sport X trim levels. Your X2 would have left the factory fitted with Continental ProContact TX -SSR, Bridgestone Potenza S001 or Pirelli P Zero (PZ4 - Luxury) tires as OEM.
