  • Zeetex tires began their operations in 2005. They are known to make value-for-money tires with unique tread patterns, silica rubber compounds, and eco-friendly solutions for safe yet durable products. With a solid presence in over 80 countries, Zeetex manufactures tires for passenger cars, light trucks, SUVs/4x4, and performance cars.

While experiencing summer heat throughout the year, you might need something more durable and better on those dry roads than an all-season tire. Summer tires are great at managing summer heat and delivering increased responsiveness, cornering, and braking capabilities, and a tire like the Zeetex HP1000 can be a great fit for you in summer weather. As a performance tire, it is designed for superior driving performance and optimized handling and steering accuracy, offering you a controlled and confident ride. But is this the right tire for you and your ride? Let’s take a look at this Zeetex HP1000 review.

    Features and Benefits

The HP1000 is Zeetex's high-performance, summer tire that’s manufactured for passenger vehicles for a solid performance on dry and wet roads. The HP1000 displays a specially designed asymmetric summer tread pattern that ensures quick steering response, solid wet and dry grip, and improved handling.

Let’s take a look at the Zeetex HP1000 tire review to help understand all its features and benefits at a glance:

    • Enhanced traction: The asymmetric tread, with the optimally placed tread blocks, upgrades and delivers excellent steering, cornering, and braking.
    • Reduced Hydroplaning: HP1000 has circumferential and angled lateral grooves that disperse water quickly to reduce Hydroplaning.
    • Optimized steering response: The tire’s continuous center rib is focused on increasing sidewall stability and responsiveness.
    • Reduced noise: The serrations on the groove wall of HP1000 reduce pipe resonance noise making it an ultra-silent tire.
    • High-speed capabilities: The Zeetex HP1000 shoulder tread block placement and additional biting edges further improve vehicle handling while maintaining high speed.

The wheel size is available in a 15 to 20-inch option, which is ideal for many passenger vehicles such as performance coupes and sedans.

    Pros and Cons

Before deciding to buy the Zeetex HP1000 or not, let’s first drill down a few factors that can help you decide whether or not the tire is right for you.

    PROS:

    • Ideal for coupes and sedans in warmer weather conditions
    • Tread pattern and strong construction allow for solid performance
    • Large shoulders and wide footprint enhance grip when cornering and reduce braking distances
    • Quick acceleration
    • Improved hydroplaning resistance

While Zeetex makes a good claim about the HP1000’s performance, some shortcomings may divide opinions.

    CONS:

    • It cannot be used when temperatures are consistently below 45 degrees Fahrenheit
    • Less durable when compared to an all-season tire
    • The smoother tread gives less traction
    • Not the most fuel-efficient tire
    • No tread life warranty

SimpleTire’s view on Zeetex HP1000 tires

As a summer tire, the HP1000 gives a fair amount of traction on dry roads in those warm weather conditions, while the durable summer tread helps make it ideal for high-performance vehicles. Additionally, this tire offers increased responsiveness, cornering, and braking capabilities because of the specialized directional tread pattern.

Seems good so far... only about a week on them, but seem to be similar to the Pirelli's they replaced. The other tires didn't last 10k miles. Hoping these last longer! Seem to be good on dry traction and road noise. Rain tonite, let's see how wet traction is.

Tires started out great dry and rain. I live in FL so we get plenty of it but no snow. They are a little noisy and stiff but to be expected out of a 45 series tire. Big issue is 20,000 miles and I am almost at all the wear bars. All wet traction is gone.

We installed 2 front tires with alignment and in 4 months and 10 days tire were almost completely gone and the store made all excuse that our car has problems. Hello 2022 Chevrolet go it new and never been in accident. They do not back up warranty because we drove 6k miles on it. Don't waste your money. Matter fact our factory tires are better than the new one..

When you run weird/wide sized tires they can get expensive quick. When you run them on a lowered car with some camber and daily drive it 50+ miles a day it gets even worse. These have been great for my use and anyone look for a good performing tire for a fair price!

They're excellent tires....first time having zeetex and they do really well in the heat of Arizona and also in the winter of flagstaff area. Glad I chose these tires on my 2003 element.
