I seem to have a vibration at highway speeds 75-85. Goes away at 100+ though. Maybe they didn't balance them a 100 percent? Also on wet roads getting wheel spin when taking off stop signs.

Sceptor Tires are made by one of the leading tire manufacturers in the world, who builds an impressive range of passenger car tires. Sceptor uses the latest technology and innovations to design and manufacture tires that perform exceptionally well on paved roads.
The Sceptor 4XS is an all-season performance tire that combines superior quality, design, and value to deliver excellent performance. The modern tread design delivers reliable performance in dry, wet, and light winter weather conditions. This tire is designed for use on passenger vehicles such as sedans, coupes, compacts, SUVs, and CUVs.
Let’s take a closer look at the features and benefits of Sceptor 4XS. We will also discuss the pros and cons in this Sceptor 4XS tire review.
Features and Benefits
All-season tires are designed to be used year-round and excel in dry, wet, and light winter weather conditions. They are generally the most preferred tire type as they can be used for all-year and can provide reliability with a longer tread life. Sceptor 4XS is also an all-season tire that delivers impressive performance in dry, wet, and light winter weather conditions.
The asymmetric tread design with the all-season tire compound paired with the circumferential and angled grooves helps Sceptor 4XS to provide excellent grip and driving performance. Moreover, constant road contact enhances the tire’s controllability.
- Improved traction and steering response: The asymmetric tread design with circumferential and angled grooves improves traction.
- Better wet performance: Circumferential and lateral grooves evacuate water, reducing the risk of hydroplaning and improving wet grip.
- Enhance driving performance: The constant road contact enhances the tire’s controllability and the two narrow center ribs and large shoulder tread blocks ensure constant tire contact.
- Precise steering: The increased surface contact ensures that the tire provides good steering responsiveness, driving stability, and cornering capabilities.
The Sceptor 4XS tires are available in different sizes from 13 to 18 inches and are designed for passenger vehicles.
Pros and Cons

SimpleTire’s view on Sceptor 4XS tires
Sceptor 4XS is a reliable all-season tire that uses its optimized tread pattern, circumferential grooves, and angular tread pattern to deliver a good grip and a comfortable driving experience in dry, wet, and light winter weather conditions. Also, the performance-oriented tread design makes it an excellent choice for drivers that are looking for high-speed driving while being able to use the same tire throughout the year (except in heavy winter conditions).
You can also take a look at Starfire WR with better traction but at a slightly higher price. Also, it is important to note that, Sceptor 4XS has a better limited manufacturer tread life warranty and longevity.
Vehicles the Sceptor 4XS is a good replacement tire for
As the Sceptor 4XS is available in different tire sizes, it can be used in a variety of passenger vehicles such as the 2007 Honda Civic Hybrid, 2001 Buick LeSabre Custom, 2014 Chevrolet Cruze LT and more.

The tires are good, perform well. Seems a lil slick with water on the ground, but that could just be because of my cars horsepower and my lead foot. I would buy these again and definitely buy from SimpleTire again!
I'm pleased for this purchase. Tires are solid and drive good. I highly recommend these tires.
I had Goodyears before these and I must tell you that these Sceptor tires feel better. So far the tread wear is going along just fine. Great value. I will highly recommend.
No winter hours yet. But so far so good.
This was my first time ordering tires and the process was seamless. This will be my only method of ordering forever.
Love this tire company. I stumbled across them online. I was very skeptical about ordering from them, but I bit the bullet and did so anyways. They have been NOTHING BUT AMAZING. I ordered 4 tires for my lifted truck, my son ordered 4 tires afterwards for his Chrysler 200, I told multiple others about them, my neighbor ordered 2 tires for his truck and another friend ordered 4 tires, everyone is extremely happy. I will be ordering 4 more tires for my wife's Lincoln in the next week or two. I authorize this company to give my phone number or email if anyone would like a reference. You can't beat these prices and customer service. I will be a customer for life unless someone provides a better deal. I have not found one yet.. Thank you simpletires. Not just great prices but exemplary customer service. I actually try to refuse to do business with companies in CA. But I'm glad I broke my barriers.
Only thing I can't really judge is winter capabilities. I have a 2018 Sentra SR Midnight and the low profile is horrible in our snow in NY no matter what tire is on the thing. However I did notice a slight increase in traction compared to before I got these though! I'm very pleased with this purchase and recommend!
Got what I paid for
