Forceland Tires is a Singapore-based tire manufacturer known for its durable tires that offer great performance. The brand caters to the American market with its sophisticated facilities and equipment. Forceland manufactures tires that are designed to deliver comfortable rides with low noise. With a long-lasting rubber compound that enhances the lifespan of these tires, its extensive product lineup includes different types of tires, including all-season, rugged terrain, all-terrain, highway, mud-terrain, UHP, and performance.

Designed to be used on Jeeps, light trucks, and SUVs, the Forceland Kunimoto-F28 is a good all-season tire that enhances handling and braking performance in dry, wet, and light snow. The Kunimoto-F28 features the latest silica compound, optimized tread pattern, and solid shoulder design, significantly enhancing overall performance. Thanks to the computer-optimized tread design, it reduces road noises to deliver a quiet and comfortable ride. However, it is not backed by a mileage warranty from the manufacturer.

So, is it worth going for? Let's try to answer in this Forceland Kunimoto-F28 review.

    Features and Benefits

All-season tires are designed for year-round performance in different weather conditions, including dry, wet, and light snow. They provide a balanced performance with decent traction, handling, and tread life. Built to last, these tires reduce road noise and ensure comfortable rides. More about them is given in the features and benefits below:

    • Better traction: The Forceland Kunimoto-F28 stands out with its all-season traction. Its special compound is enriched with silica, while the symmetric tread pattern enhances grip on dry, wet, and light snow. The grooves on its tread remove water and slush effectively, reducing the risk of hydroplaning.
    • Enhanced handling: The Kunimoto-F28 is equipped with a continuous center rib, ensuring responsive steering and stability. Its strong shoulder design provides extra grip enhancing cornering and maneuvering. This combination allows drivers to retain complete control over their vehicles, even when navigating tight turns or tricky roads.
    • Long durability and ride comfort: The robust structure of the tire, along with its optimized tread design, ensures long durability and even wear. Its tread pattern is designed to minimize road noise, which makes the rides quiet and comfortable. It absorbs road vibrations and delivers a smoother driving experience.

SimpleTire’s view on Forceland Kunimoto-F28 tires

In brief, the Forceland Kunimoto-F28 (starting at around $111) is a good all-season tire designed for SUVs, light trucks, and jeeps. It provides a balanced performance with decent traction and handling around the year. With its optimized groove design, it enhances grip on dry, wet, and light snow, while the tire reduces road noises and enhances comfort while driving. Its durable construction and reduced tread wear prolong its lifespan. Although the absence of a limited manufacturer tread life warranty is a downside for an all-season tire, its aggressive price tries to make up for the absence. It locks horns with the likes of Milestar Steelpro MS597S (starting at around $86) and Summit Trail Climber H/T (starting at around $94). While Forceland and Summit tires respectively score 7.4 and 7.6 for longevity and do not come with any warranty, the Milestar features a 40,000 mile limited manufacturer tread life warranty and has the highest longevity score (7.9).

The Forceland Kunimoto-F28 has the best handling (8.6), followed by the Summit Trail Climber H/T (8.1) and Milestar Steelpro MS597S (7.4). The top spot for traction (8.3) is shared between the Kunimoto-F28 and Trail Climber H/T while the Steelpro MS597S scores a modest (7.2).

For the price, you can't beat these tires. I'm using them on a 2018 Dodge Durango R/T. They're quiet, provide a smooth ride, and I think they look fine. They are not as low profile as the tires I removed and replaced with them, so it took me a couple of drives to get used to the less sporty feel they had. I haven't used them in snow yet, but they provide a comfortable, safe feel on wet roads.
