The Cooper CS3 Touring tires receive mixed reviews, with many customers praising their performance and value, while others express concerns about tread life and snow traction.
The Cooper CS3 Touring tires generally offer good performance and value for everyday driving conditions. They excel in dry and wet conditions, providing a smooth and quiet ride. Weak sidewalls bad warranty.

Bought 2 to match existing tires on recent mini van purchase. Replaced due to one tire bulging and ultimately blowing out. The new ones lasted a month, new tire developed a sidewall bulge, same thing again. Both Simple Tire and Copper wouldn't honor the warranty. I've never had this happen, ever in 35 years of driving. I will never ever recommend Copper to anyone.

I just ordered a single tire that has been hard to find in my area of central Florida. I wanted to acknowledge the great service provided by Katy(sp). She was courteous and professional, and guided my through process with a very pleasant attitude.

I have put on approximately 20,000 miles on these tires and I am in search of a better tire to put on my van now. The tread life on these tires are absolutely horrible.

We purchased 4 Cooper CS3 Touring tires in Dec of 2017 at about 26K miles. We are at 55K and the tires definitely show wear enough that they are in need or replacement. My question is, since I do rotate at least every 4-5K miles with every oil change, how do we experience less than 30K miles on a 60K rated tire? I will be purchasing another brand of tire unless I receive an adequate answer. I understand that tire is no longer available as I use a a shop that carries Cooper Tires.

I bought these in October 2017 and have put right at 20,000 miles on them. I don't think my tread has worn at all. I believe I'll at least get 60,000 miles out of this 65,000 mile tire. I may get more than 65,000. They are holding up very well. All my husband and I buy are Coopers. We have had 3 different sets on 3 different vehicles and have had zero problems.

Very satisfied with the Cooper CS3 tires (205 65 15) that I installed on a 1997 Toyota Camry. Have now driven 1000 miles, so no comment on tread life. Have not yet had snow, so no experience with winter conditions. They hold the road well in both dry and wet conditions. Very quiet. Good value, highly recommend.

Very impressed with my tire so far. I had mastercraft before I bought these Cooper tires .

Get technical:

The Cooper CS3 Touring is an all-season performance tire specially designed for drivers seeking premium year-round performance at an economical price. Ideal for passenger sedans, minivans, and touring automobiles, the Cooper CS3 Touring is one of the lightest tires in its class giving it a low rolling resistance which results in fuel economy and comfort. So not only do you enjoy gas savings, you also take pleasure in quieter more peaceful rides even at long distances. Its 5-rib tread design prevents hydroplaning so it wears longer. The patent pending tread design brings the grooves and sipes together giving the tire maximum dry traction and improved steering. To maintain safe handling while driving during wet weather even as the tires wear is the 3D micro gauge siping. The Cooper CS3 Touring is available in T,H, and V ratings with a 65,000-mile warranty.
