These is the second time I bought my tires from you and I have always received great tires for a great price.
Tires were a couple years old getting them from simpletire, But worked well.
I originally got these tires for the harsh winter season where I'm at. After winter had come and, gone I ran these tires for the rest of the year and, they were great. I passed two inspections with these tires. I traded the suv before my 3rd. I highly recommend. Good traction.
I drive a RWD mustang from the 90s and had no issues with grip in the snow or wet, just what I wanted.
Great tires! So glad I went with them. I felt extremely safe on the Maine winter roads.
These are working great on my 2009 kia sportage that doesn't have 4 wheel drive. The traction that these tires provide in the snow make up difference and, makes my sportage feel like it has 4 wheel drive. I recommend these tires for any truck that is not equipped with 4 wheel drive. Thanks SimpleTire. I will always be a customer and, you have my trust.
Awesome grip in the snow and winter conditions! I bought these tires for a 2007 Honda Accord and am very pleased with how they performed last winter. Great stopping power & traction from a standstill. I drive in Wisconsin and put on around 5000-9000k miles on these last winter before switching to my all-seasons for summer driving. Based on that driving, the tread life seems good. I drove 90 minutes to work last winter, 45 minutes each way. I highly recommend these tires for FWD vehicles. I feel you are able to avoid spending the $ on an AWD vehicle by putting Blizzak's on your vehicle. I am surprised to hear folks complaining about noise these tires make- they ride like a dream to me!! (BTW I also have Blizzak's for my 2010 Nissan Versa and they ride great, I am pleased with Blizzaks.) Tip: Do yourself a favor and get an extra set of rims, even steel wheels will work so you can easily swap between all-seasons and winter tires yourself. I got an extra set of rims at my local salvage yard. Safety is worth the investment!
These tires were purchased for my Son's 2001 Toyota Camry. Anyone who knows Camry's... knows that they are tanks in the snow with the correct tires. These WS80's are great tires. I would highly recommend them to anyone. There are other comparable studless ice and snow tires out there... I have a set of Michelin x ice xi3's on my Subaru Crosstrek... Great tire as well. The thing I like most about tires like this is the peace of mind they give you. Lets face it, most of winter driving is on dry roads, but when the roads get bad, you know you have the best traction possible... and I'm not talking about "go" traction. I'm referring to stopping traction. Cornering traction is second to none with tires like this. Bottom line is, if you live in snow country and have a death wish, then drive on all seasons. But if you are interested in keeping your life and the lives of your passengers safe... then get a set of these... you'll be glad you did!
These tires are the best snow tires period. I feel safe knowing that I've got my Blizzaks on!
one of the best snow tires that ive tried.
Get technical:
Blizzak WS80 tires from Bridgestone offers solid winter performance that has made them a household name. Water evacuating tread patterns built into the tire walls reduce risks from hydroplaning on slick surfaces. Even wear construction materials provide longer tire life for season after season performance. Combined with extra biting edges that get grip even in light snow, WS80 tires provide the confidence to handle even the worst conditions once you're ready to switch to snow tires for the season.
