Great overall tire would definiley buy again.
Have ran Kanati tires for years and love them.
I've been running Kanati tires for years, absolutely the best tires I've ever run. My truck and jeeps won't be wearing anything else !
Great Tires and better than expensive brands
Very comfortable ride w/ these 37' tires. Very smooth, slight slight noise if windows are down, excellent quality over many other well known brands. Im very happy with my purchase of Kanati Mud Hog MT 37's and I will continue you buy when needed over other brands and best part they're cheaper and last by far longer. I have them on a 2019 Ram 1500 Crew Cab w/ 6 inch suspension lift and 20' rims
I've had three sets of 33 12.50 mudhogs. Best MT I've ever had for the cost. I rotate my tires every 5k miles and got 75k miles on a set before I sold them (tires still had 25%-30% tread left) I had on a 2016 crew cab silverado 1500. About to be ordering a 4th set for a 2018 super cab f150. Ride smooth, pull great on and off road and will dang near outlast your vehicle. 100% would (and do) refer these tires
Just installed a set of 37/12.50R17LT tires on my 05 Cummins powered Dodge Ram 2500. Surprisingly quiet for the agressive tread pattern. Very comfortable ride and great handling for such a large tire on a heavy truck. I will update you all after I get some miles on them. Awesome looking tires.
have about 15k on them great in the woods but cant take the noise any more. they are starting to get hard to drive stright on highway GETTING NEW TIRES
I have had 3 sets of these on 2 vehicles.. The first 2 sets went on a ram 1500. Mileage was near 40k on the first and 27k on the 2nd set with 3/8 tread left when i sold the truck. The 3rd set i put on my ram 2500 6.7. I have alittle over 6k on them and the front 2 are like new..the rear 2 are at 3/8s tread. Having said that i put them on in june and hot asphalt eats mud tires like a fat kid eats cake. Also anybody familier with a cummins knows the amount of low end power they make. Micro abarasion is a real thing on these trucks and its shows. I found 55-60 lbs for a daily ride with no trailer wears very well. The cold weather has slowed down the tread wear alot. I fig 10k is best im goin to get out of the rear 2. All that been said under 300$ for a 35x12.50x20 is a good deal. They do ride pretty quite and are a very aggressive tire in offroad areas. They also clean themselves well. They are good in snow aswell. For a gas truck you cant beat these for treadlife. On a heavy duty for the money there good..understand your paying half of what a toyo or equal would be. *** a roadforce balance is a must on these.
I bought my Mud Hogs in Oct. and I have about 2500mi on them at this time. I only bought these because of the price point, I didn't want to spend another $4-500 on a set of AT's so I went with the MT's. I was concerned with the noise and to my surprise these tires are not very loud. My son has a set of Radar Renegade RT's on his Ram and the sound is very comparable so no complaints. Traction has been good in both the fall wet weather and the snow that we have received in Northern MN. I travel a lot of gravel roads and my only concern is that these tires tend to throw some big rocks when at speed, but I have full coverage boards so nothing has hit the side of my Ram. The tires look good and I have received many compliments about the very aggressive look on my truck. My only complaint is how much these tires affected my mileage. E load tires are much heavier tires than my old Wildpeak's but I lost 2-3 MPG just by putting these on my truck, not expected. But in the life of these tires I'm still ahead of the game by saving $4-500 with the purchase price. Overall I would rate these tires as a 4 out of 5. We'll see how the tread wear is over more time. Installed on a 2016 RAM 1500 Limited w/air ride on stock rims. I did have to install 1/2" spacers to clear the air ride upper control arms, 1/4" might have worked also.
So far I love the Kanati Mud Hogs, they look good, ride well and are surprisingly quite so far. I have not tested them in mud or snow yet.
My son actually bought the tires on an account of mine because he dident have one at the time.but he can't say enough good about his tires and said he will buy more but the trail Hog next time.
